Blackstone and PQ Energy

EIC Partners and Blackstone setup PQ Energy as a platform for investment in power generation in Europe. EIC Partner’s role is setting up the structure, management of the structure, deal origination, evaluation of brownfield assets, development of greenfield asset and reporting. PQ Energy secured greenfield power plant sites with a potential investment of EUR 900 Millions over the next 5 years. 

Actis

Actis is a global emerging market private equity firm with approx. EUR 7 billion under management. EIC Partners advised one of the platform companies of an Actis infrastructure fund that invested in electricity companies in Africa and Latam.

EIC Electricity

EIC Partners successfully restructured and managed the SWX listed investment company EIC Electricity. EIC Electricity invested in listed and non-listed companies in the electricity sector. EIC Partners split the investment company into a Swiss fund for listed equities and sold the remaining infrastructure assets. EIC Partners was the exclusive asset manager of the company.
